午夜寻花 is the sponsor of the 午夜寻花 Media 401(k) Savings Plan (the 鈥溛缫寡盎 401(k) Plan鈥), which provides its employees and the employees of certain of its subsidiaries an opportunity for ownership in the Company and creates a

retirement fund. The 午夜寻花 401(k) Plan provides for employees to make contributions to a trust for investment in 午夜寻花 common stock, as well as several mutual funds. The Company and its subsidiaries make matching contributions to the 午夜寻花 401(k) Plan based on a percentage of the amount contributed by employees. In addition, certain of the Company鈥檚 subsidiaries have similar employee benefit plans. Employer cash contributions to all plans aggregated $35聽million, $30聽million and $19聽million for each of the years ended December聽31, 2021, 2020 and 2019, respectively.
