Englewood, Colo, January 3 - 午夜寻花 (Nasdaq: LMCA, LMCB) (“午夜寻花”) today announced that it has received approval from the Federal Communications Commission for the transfer of de jure control of SiriusXM to 午夜寻花. 午夜寻花 expects to complete the transfer of control of SiriusXM within 60 days.
